Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Müzik Prova mobil uygulamasının (bundan sonra “Uygulama”) kişisel verilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulama; BİLSEM, Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi, müzik öğretmenliği ve konservatuvar müzik yetenek sınavlarına hazırlık amacıyla işitme, ritim ve ezgi egzersizleri ile sınav simülasyonu sunan bir eğitim aracıdır.

1. Topladığımız veriler

Hesap bilgileri: Seçtiğiniz giriş yöntemine göre — Google veya Apple ile giriş yaparsanız adınız, e-posta adresiniz ve (varsa) profil fotoğrafınız; misafir olarak devam ederseniz yalnızca anonim bir kimlik (rastgele oluşturulmuş kullanıcı numarası).
Çalışma verileri: Seviye ilerlemeniz, çalışma oturumu özetleri, günlük çalışma süresi/soru toplamları ve sınav simülasyonu sonuçları. Bunlar yalnızca türetilmiş metriklerdir. Yarım kalan bir sınavın kaldığı yer yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur.
Deneme sınavı işareti: Ücretsiz deneme sınavını başlattığınız bilgisi profilinizde saklanır.
Sorun bildirimleri: Bir soruda “Sorun bildir”e dokunursanız bildiriminiz sunucumuza gönderilir. Bildirim şunları içerir: yazdığınız not, bildirimin türü, o soruya ait teknik kayıt (sorunun içeriği, verdiğiniz cevap, algılanan perde ve dokunuş zamanlarından türetilmiş sayılar), telefon modeli ve işletim sistemi sürümü, kullanılan hoparlör/mikrofonun adı ve — giriş yaptıysanız — kullanıcı numaranız. Abonelik sorunu bildirirseniz abonelik durumunuza ait teknik bilgi de eklenir. Ses kaydı gönderilmez.
Cihazda saklanan tercihler: Tema, dil, mikrofon gecikme kalibrasyonu, bildirim tercihleri ve uygulama içi durum bilgileri yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur, sunucularımıza gönderilmez.
Bildirim kimliği: Bildirimleri açtıysanız, duyuru gönderebilmek için cihazınızın bildirim jetonu (FCM token) kullanılır. Bildirimleri kapatırsanız bu jeton silinir.
Kullanım ve çökme verisi: Uygulamayı geliştirmek için hangi ekranların açıldığı, hangi egzersiz ve seviyelerin başlatılıp bitirildiği ya da yarıda bırakıldığı, kaba doğruluk aralıkları (ör. “%70-79”), premium ekranının görülmesi ve satın alma adımları, uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, dil, IP adresinden türetilen yaklaşık konum (ülke ve şehir; IP adresinin kendisi saklanmaz) ile çökme ve hata kayıtları toplanır. Bu veri cihaza özel rastgele bir uygulama kimliğiyle toplanır; adınıza, e-posta adresinize ya da kullanıcı numaranıza bağlanmaz, reklamda kullanılmaz ve reklam kimliği (IDFA / Android reklam kimliği) okunmaz. Ayarlar → Genel → “Kullanım ve çökme verisi paylaş” ile istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz; kapatınca toplama durur ve cihazdaki ilgili veri silinir.

2. Mikrofon

Mikrofon yalnızca söyleme (üretim) egzersizleri sırasında ve yalnızca siz o ekrandayken açılır. Sesiniz tamamen cihazınız üzerinde işlenir; ses akışından yalnızca algılanan perde (nota yüksekliği) bilgisi çıkarılır. Ses kaydı hiçbir zaman saklanmaz, sunuculara yüklenmez veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.

3. “Raporu paylaş”

Gelişim ekranındaki “Raporu paylaş” özelliği, çalışma özetinizi bir görsel ve kısa bir metin olarak cihazınızda oluşturur. Rapor sunucularımıza gönderilmez. Paylaşımı siz başlatırsınız ve kime göndereceğinizi siz seçersiniz; rapor, telefonunuzun paylaşım ekranı üzerinden seçtiğiniz uygulamaya iletilir. Raporda adınız, e-posta adresiniz ve kullanıcı numaranız bulunmaz. Rapor şunları içerir: çalışılan gün sayısı ve süre, geçilen seviye sayısı, alıştırma doğruluğu, seviye durumu, hedeflediğiniz sınav türü ve (varsa) son deneme sınavı sonucu.

4. Verileri neden işliyoruz

Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve ilerlemenizi cihazlar arasında korumak;
Egzersiz seviyenizi ve gelişim istatistiklerinizi göstermek;
Aynı hesabın aynı anda yalnızca tek cihazda etkin olmasını sağlamak (oturum güvenliği);
İzin verdiyseniz hatırlatma ve duyuru bildirimleri göndermek;
Bildirdiğiniz sorunları incelemek ve hatayı düzeltmek;
Uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anonim olarak anlamak, çökmeleri ve hataları bulup düzeltmek (kullanım ve çökme verisi; Ayarlar'dan kapatılabilir).

5. Kullandığımız üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Uygulama, aşağıdaki Google hizmetlerini kullanır:

Firebase Authentication — giriş ve hesap yönetimi;
Cloud Firestore — profil ve çalışma verilerinizin saklanması (veriler Avrupa bölgesinde barındırılır);
Firebase Cloud Messaging — yalnızca izin verdiyseniz bildirimler;
Cloud Functions — premium satın alımlarının mağazayla doğrulanması ve hesap silindiğinde sunucudaki verinin temizlenmesi;
Google Analytics for Firebase — anonim kullanım istatistikleri (reklam ve reklam kişiselleştirme kapalı); olay verisi 14 ay saklanır;
Firebase Crashlytics — çökme ve hata raporları; 90 gün saklanır.

Bu hizmetler Google LLC tarafından sağlanır ve kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Çocuklar ve veliler

Uygulama, müzik yetenek sınavlarına hazırlanan çocuklara ve gençlere yöneliktir. 18 yaşından küçük kullanıcıların Uygulamayı bir ebeveynin veya yasal velinin bilgisi ve gözetimi dahilinde kullanması gerekir. Reklam, reklam kimliği ve uygulamalar arası takip yoktur; kullanım ve çökme verisi kimliğe bağlanmadan toplanır ve Ayarlar'dan kapatılabilir. Bunun dışında yalnızca hizmetin çalışması için gereken asgari veri işlenir. Veliler, çocuklarına ait verilere erişmek, bunları düzeltmek ya da sildirmek için contact@melihhakanpektas.com adresine yazabilir.

7. Veri saklama ve güvenlik

Verileriniz, hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır. Kimliğe bağlı olmayan kullanım istatistikleri 14 ay, çökme raporları 90 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Veriler Google’ın güvenli altyapısında barındırılır ve erişim güvenlik kurallarıyla sınırlandırılmıştır (her kullanıcı yalnızca kendi verisine erişebilir).

8. Haklarınız

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltme ve silme haklarına sahipsiniz. Uygulama bu hakları doğrudan sunar:

Ayarlar → Verileri sıfırla: çalışma verilerinizi siler. Ücretsiz deneme sınavı hakkının kullanıldığı bilgisi hesabınız silinene dek saklanır;
Ayarlar → Hesabı sil: hesabınızı ve tüm ilişkili verilerinizi kalıcı olarak siler.

Ek talepleriniz için bizimle e-posta yoluyla iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

9. Hesap ve veri silme

Hesabınızı ve hesabınıza bağlı tüm verileri istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.

Uygulama içinden (önerilen)

Uygulamayı açın ve hesabınızla giriş yapın.
Ayarlar ekranını açın.
Hesabı sil seçeneğine dokunun ve onaylayın. Güvenlik gereği kimliğinizi yeniden doğrulamanız (Google/Apple ile tekrar giriş) istenebilir.

Uygulamayı kaldırdıysanız veya giriş yapamıyorsanız: hesabınızda kullandığınız e-posta adresinden contact@melihhakanpektas.com adresine “Hesap silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Kimliğinizi doğruladıktan sonra talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız.

Silinen veriler:

Kimlik doğrulama hesabınız (Firebase Authentication kaydı);
Profil bilgileriniz (ad, e-posta adresi, profil fotoğrafı bağlantısı);
Tüm çalışma ve ilerleme verileriniz, seviye kayıtlarınız ve sınav sonuçlarınız;
Varsa bildirim jetonunuz (FCM token) ve oturum/cihaz kaydınız;
Hesabınızla gönderdiğiniz sorun bildirimleri.

Bu işlem kalıcıdır ve geri alınamaz.

Giriş yapmadan gönderdiğiniz sorun bildirimleri bir hesaba bağlı değildir; silinmesini isterseniz bize e-posta ile yazabilirsiniz.

Silme sonrası saklananlar: Silme işleminden sonra sunucularımızda size ait kişisel veri kalmaz. Cihazınızda tutulan tercihler (tema, dil, kalibrasyon) uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir. Premium satın alımlarınıza ait faturalandırma kayıtları satın aldığınız mağaza (Google Play ya da App Store) tarafından tutulur ve mağazanın yasal saklama sürelerine tabidir; bu kayıtlar bizim kontrolümüzde değildir. Satın alımınız mağaza hesabınıza bağlı olduğundan, ileride yeni bir hesap oluşturursanız premium erişiminizi geri yükleyebilirsiniz.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve “son güncelleme” tarihi değiştirilir.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Müzik Prova mobile application (the “App”) processes your personal data. The App is an educational tool offering ear-training, rhythm and melody exercises and an exam simulation to help prepare for music aptitude exams (BİLSEM, Fine Arts High School, music teaching programmes and conservatories in Türkiye).

1. Data we collect

Account details: Depending on your sign-in method — if you sign in with Google or Apple, your name, e-mail address and (if available) profile photo; if you continue as a guest, only an anonymous identifier (a randomly generated user ID).
Practice data: Your level progress, session summaries, daily practice time/question totals and exam simulation results. These are derived metrics only. Where you left off in an unfinished exam is kept only on your device.
Trial exam marker: The fact that you have started the free trial exam is stored in your profile.
Issue reports: If you tap “Report a problem” on a question, your report is sent to our server. It contains: the note you wrote, the report type, the technical record of that question (its content, your answer, and numbers derived from detected pitch and tap timings), your phone model and OS version, the name of the speaker/microphone in use and — if you are signed in — your user ID. If you report a subscription problem, technical details of your subscription status are included as well. No audio recording is sent.
Preferences stored on your device: Theme, language, microphone latency calibration, notification preferences and in-app state are kept only on your device and are not sent to our servers.
Notification identifier: If you enable notifications, your device’s notification token (FCM token) is used to deliver announcements. If you disable notifications, this token is deleted.
Usage and crash data: To improve the App we collect which screens are opened, which exercises and levels are started, finished or abandoned, rough accuracy ranges (e.g. “70-79%”), views of the Premium screen and purchase steps, app version, device model, OS version, language, approximate location derived from the IP address (country and city; the IP address itself is not stored), and crash and error logs. This data is collected under a random, device-specific app ID; it is never linked to your name, e-mail address or user ID, is never used for advertising, and no advertising ID (IDFA / Android advertising ID) is read. You can turn it off at any time in Settings → General → “Share usage and crash data”; collection then stops and the related data on your device is deleted.

2. Microphone

The microphone is activated only during singing (production) exercises and only while you are on that screen. Your audio is processed entirely on your device; only the detected pitch is extracted from the audio stream. Audio recordings are never stored, uploaded to any server, or shared with third parties.

3. “Share report”

The “Share report” feature on the Progress screen builds a summary of your practice as an image and a short text on your device. The report is not sent to our servers. You start the share yourself and choose the recipient; the report is handed to the app you pick on your phone’s share sheet. The report does not contain your name, e-mail address or user ID. It contains: days practised and time spent, number of levels passed, exercise accuracy, level status, the exam type you are preparing for and (if any) your latest exam simulation result.

4. Why we process data

To create your account and preserve your progress across devices;
To show your exercise level and progress statistics;
To ensure an account is active on only one device at a time (session security);
To send reminder and announcement notifications if you opt in;
To examine the problems you report and fix the bug;
To understand anonymously how the App is used and to find and fix crashes and errors (usage and crash data; can be turned off in Settings).

5. Third-party services we use

The App uses the following Google services:

Firebase Authentication — sign-in and account management;
Cloud Firestore — storage of your profile and practice data (hosted in the European region);
Firebase Cloud Messaging — notifications, only if you opt in;
Cloud Functions — verifying Premium purchases with the store and cleaning up server-side data when an account is deleted;
Google Analytics for Firebase — anonymous usage statistics (advertising and ad personalisation disabled); event data is kept for 14 months;
Firebase Crashlytics — crash and error reports; kept for 90 days.

These services are provided by Google LLC and are subject to their own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Children and parents

The App is intended for children and young people preparing for music aptitude exams. Users under 18 must use the App with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. There is no advertising, no advertising ID and no cross-app tracking; usage and crash data is collected without being linked to your identity and can be turned off in Settings. Beyond that, only the minimum data required for the service to function is processed. Parents may write to contact@melihhakanpektas.com to access, correct or delete their child’s data.

7. Data retention and security

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. Usage statistics, which are not linked to your identity, are deleted automatically after 14 months and crash reports after 90 days. Data is hosted on Google’s secure infrastructure, and access is restricted by security rules (each user can access only their own data).

8. Your rights

Under GDPR and Türkiye’s KVKK, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data. The App offers these directly:

Settings → Reset data: deletes your practice data. The fact that the free trial exam has been used is kept until your account is deleted;
Settings → Delete account: permanently deletes your account and all associated data.

For any additional requests, you may contact us by e-mail.

9. Account and data deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.

From within the app (recommended)

Open the app and sign in to your account.
Go to the Settings screen.
Tap Delete account and confirm. For security you may be asked to re-authenticate (sign in again with Google/Apple).

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in: send an e-mail titled “Account deletion request” to contact@melihhakanpektas.com from the e-mail address associated with your account. Once we have verified your identity, we will complete your request within 30 days.

Data that is deleted:

Your authentication account (Firebase Authentication record);
Your profile details (name, e-mail address, profile photo link);
All of your practice and progress data, level records and exam results;
Your notification token (FCM token) and session/device record, if any;
Issue reports you sent while signed in to the account.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Issue reports sent without signing in are not tied to any account; if you want them deleted, you can write to us by e-mail.

Data retained after deletion: No personal data of yours remains on our servers after deletion. Preferences stored on your device (theme, language, calibration) are removed when you uninstall the app. Billing records for Premium purchases are held by the store you bought from (Google Play or the App Store) and are subject to that store’s statutory retention periods; these records are not under our control. Because your purchase is tied to your store account, you can restore Premium access if you create a new account later.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be published on this page and the “last updated” date will be revised.
