Bu Kullanım Şartları, Müzik Prova mobil uygulamasını (bundan sonra “Uygulama”) kullanımınıza ilişkin koşulları belirler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

1. Hizmetin tanımı

Müzik Prova; BİLSEM, Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi, müzik öğretmenliği ve konservatuvar müzik yetenek sınavlarına hazırlık amacıyla işitme, ritim ve ezgi egzersizleri ile sınav simülasyonu sunan bir eğitim aracıdır. Uygulama bir hazırlık ve alıştırma aracıdır; herhangi bir sınav sonucunu, başarıyı veya bir okula yerleşmeyi garanti etmez.

2. Uygunluk ve yaş

Uygulama, müzik yetenek sınavlarına hazırlanan çocuklara ve gençlere yöneliktir. 18 yaşından küçükseniz, Uygulamayı bir ebeveyn veya yasal velinin bilgisi ve gözetimi dahilinde kullanmanız gerekir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bunun için gereken yaşta veya izne sahip olduğunuzu beyan etmiş olursunuz.

3. Hesabınız

Uygulamayı misafir olarak veya Google / Apple hesabınızla kullanabilirsiniz.
Hesabınızın ve giriş bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
Bir hesap aynı anda yalnızca tek bir cihazda etkin olabilir; başka bir cihazda giriş yapıldığında önceki oturum kapatılır.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar ekranından kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı bir amaçla veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal ederek kullanmak;
Uygulamayı veya bağlı hizmetleri tersine mühendislik yapmak, kopyalamak, değiştirmek ya da izinsiz dağıtmak;
Güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak, hizmetin işleyişini bozmak veya sistemlere yetkisiz erişmek.

5. Premium abonelik

Uygulama ücretsiz kullanılabilir. İsteğe bağlı Premium abonelik ek içerik ve tüm özelliklere erişim sağlar.

Abonelik ücretleri, süresi ve koşulları satın alma anında ilgili uygulama mağazasında (Google Play / App Store) gösterilir.
Aboneler mağaza hesabı üzerinden tahsil edilir ve dönem sonunda, iptal edilmedikçe, otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman ilgili mağaza hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarından iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut fatura döneminin sonunda geçerli olur.
Ücret iadesi talepleri, ilgili mağazanın (Google / Apple) iade politikalarına tabidir.

6. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulamadaki içerik, egzersizler, ses materyalleri, tasarım ve yazılım üzerindeki tüm haklar saklıdır. Bu materyaller, önceden yazılı izin olmaksızın kopyalanamaz, değiştirilemez veya dağıtılamaz.

7. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Uygulama; giriş, veri saklama ve bildirim için Google (Firebase) hizmetlerini kullanır. Bu hizmetlerin kullanımı, ilgili sağlayıcının kendi şartlarına da tabidir. Kişisel verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası’na bakınız.

8. Sorumluluk reddi

Uygulama “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut haliyle” sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına ya da belirli bir amaca uygun olacağına dair açık veya zımni bir garanti verilmez. Uygulama bir eğitim aracıdır ve profesyonel eğitim veya danışmanlık yerine geçmez.

9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sağlayıcı sorumlu tutulamaz.

10. Hizmette değişiklik ve fesih

Uygulamanın özelliklerini güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya sunumunu durdurabiliriz. Bu şartları ihlal etmeniz halinde hesabınıza veya Uygulamaya erişiminiz kısıtlanabilir.

11. Şartlardaki değişiklikler

Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve “son güncelleme” tarihi değiştirilir. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

12. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Müzik Prova mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the service

Müzik Prova is an educational tool offering ear-training, rhythm and melody exercises and an exam simulation to help prepare for music aptitude exams (BİLSEM, Fine Arts High School, music teaching programmes and conservatories in Türkiye). The App is a preparation and practice tool; it does not guarantee any exam result, success, or placement at a school.

2. Eligibility and age

The App is intended for children and young people preparing for music aptitude exams. If you are under 18, you must use the App with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet the age or consent requirements to do so.

3. Your account

You may use the App as a guest or with your Google / Apple account.
You are responsible for the security of your account and sign-in credentials.
An account can be active on only one device at a time; signing in on another device ends the previous session.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

4. Acceptable use

When using the App, you agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of others’ rights;
Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the App or related services without authorization;
Attempt to bypass security measures, disrupt the service, or gain unauthorized access to systems.

5. Premium subscription

The App is free to use. An optional Premium subscription provides additional content and access to all features.

Subscription prices, duration, and terms are shown at the time of purchase in the relevant app store (Google Play / App Store).
Subscriptions are billed through your store account and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your store account’s subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the relevant store (Google / Apple).

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the content, exercises, audio materials, design, and software within the App are reserved. These materials may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Third-party services

The App uses Google services (Firebase) for sign-in, data storage, and notifications. Use of these services is also subject to the respective provider’s terms. For details on how personal data is processed, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. No express or implied warranty is given that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for a particular purpose. The App is an educational tool and is not a substitute for professional instruction or advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to and termination of the service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App. If you breach these terms, your access to your account or the App may be restricted.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be published on this page and the “last updated” date will be revised. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your rights under applicable consumer legislation are reserved.
